At its roots, this cocktail is without a doubt just Negroni Sbagliatto. But fortifying the low ABV mix with a touch of gin makes for an enjoyable boozy adventure.
• ¾ oz Sweet Vermouth (we use Dolin Rouge)
• ¾ oz Campari
• ½ oz Midwestern Dry Gin
• 2 oz Prosecco
Combine all your ingredients in a collins glass, followed by ice. Garnish with a fresh slice of orange.
