Arguably the most iconic cocktail to come out of the Kansas City area. Originating from Lawrence, KS, the Horsefeather is spicy, citrusy, and perfect to enjoy throughout the entire year.
• 1 1/2 oz Rieger's Kansas City Whiskey
• 4 oz Ginger Beer (we use Cock'n Bull)
• 5 heavy dashes Angostura Bitters
• Lemon wedge
Combine all ingredients in a collins glass (except bitters) and add ice. Float Angostura bitters across the top and garnish with a lemon wedge.
