Spring Spritz

Featuring the familiar combination of base spirit and sparkling wine, this cocktail is flavored with Chareau, an aloe based liqueur with cucumber, spearmint, and melon as well as Suze, a classic Swiss aperitif, noted for its flavor of citrus and the distinct presence of the bitter root gentian. The flavor of this cocktail is herbal, vegetal, bubbly and refreshingly dry!

• 1 oz Midwestern Dry Gin

• ½ oz Chareau Aloe Liqueur

• ¼ oz Suze Aperitif

• ¼ oz Simple Syrup

• ¼ oz Lemon Juice

• 1 ½ oz Prosecco

• lime wheel

• mint

Combine all ingredients except Prosecco and shake with ice. Strain over fresh ice and top with Prosecco. Garnish with lime wheel and fresh mint.
