A comforting and familiar richness lead by our very own Kansas City Whiskey. Followed by the bright citrusy notes of the orange liqueur harmonizing with the heat and depth of flavor of both the apple brandy and the chipotle cacao bitters. A true bridge between the frosty chill of the new year, and the crisp awakening of springtime.
• 1 ½ oz Rieger’s Kansas City Whiskey
• ½ oz bonded apple brandy (we use Laird’s)
• ½ oz sweet vermouth (we use Cocchi di Torino)
• ¾ oz orange liqueur (we use Grand Marnier)
• 2 dashes Bittercube Chipotle Cacao Bitters
In a mixing glass, combine all your ingredients with ice and stir until appropriately chilled and diluted. Strain into a cocktail glass with a large ice cube and no garnish.
